I have signed up for an inspiring online class called Ali Edwards’ One Little Word 2012 class and picked my word. It’s a word to focus on for the whole year – I’m a little ADD so finding one word to focus on for a whole year was challenging! I really like Andy Warhol’s quote

I was really moved by the article about the guy who helped the kid who mugged him (previous post). It got me thinking about my dream that inspired the question “if you were writing a recipe to create world peace, what would you include?”. (Note to self: write dream down in my dream journal first
Compassion and peace
I came across a story that touched my heart. It is the best example of how we can create positive in our lives through compassion and seeing the human being in each of us. This guy was mugged by a kid and was able to see and touch his humaness and actually help him. The
